This is a single table gathering products together. For each product it marks with a filled circle (●) the allergen items, out of the 28 covered (Japan's specified allergens and the items recommended for labelling), that are used as ingredients, and it also shows whether alcohol is used. The filled circle (●) is the only symbol the document gives a meaning for; nowhere does it say what an unmarked cell means. Because the list gives each of the covered items its own column, this site reads an unmarked cell as meaning that the item is not used as an ingredient — this is our own reading rather than something the document states, and it is no guarantee against unintended cross-contamination. The list has columns for the 28 items only, so there is no pistachio column; where there is no column at all, the document answers nothing about that item, and this site therefore shows it as "No information". The document records that allergens may unintentionally attach or mix in during preparation and manufacturing in stores and factories, and that allergens may also be mixed in unexpectedly at the raw materials and their manufacturing plants. Beard Papa's states that allergens outside these 28 items, and allergens that may be mixed in at a raw-material manufacturing plant, can in some cases be difficult to investigate fully, so an enquiry may not receive an accurate answer. On alcohol, the document notes that it marks alcohol only where it is used directly as an ingredient, and does not include alcohol used during the manufacture of a raw material. Some product names end with a reference mark (※) followed by a facility or store name. The document does not explain this mark either; this site reads such a product as one handled at the store or stores named. On page 2, a single heading reading "TIO GLUTON" is printed outside the frame of the table, with five products beneath it: チーズケーキ (cheesecake), チョコグラトン (Choco Gluton), まるごとチーズケーキ (whole cheesecake), なると金時のチーズケーキ (Naruto Kintoki sweet potato cheesecake) and モンブランチーズケーキ (Mont Blanc cheesecake). The document does not explain what the heading refers to. Note that all five of them carry a filled circle (●) in the wheat column. The document also says nothing about how far its product list extends, so whether there are products it does not list is not known.
