Content removal and correction requests (for businesses)

1. Who can make a request

The company (or sole proprietor) operating the listed venue or chain, or their authorized representative. To verify the request, please include your company name, department, name, and contact details (an email address on your company's domain, for example).

2. How to make a request

Use the contact form below and include: (1) who you are (company name, contact person, contact details), (2) the URL of the page concerned, and (3) what you are requesting (removal of the listing, correction of its content, a change to the source attribution, etc.).

Corrections are welcome even when you are not requesting removal. If you point us to the latest official information, we will verify it and update the listing.

3. What happens next

We will send a first response within 5 business days of receiving your request. For removal requests from the operating company, once verified, we will as a rule take down the per-menu allergen table promptly and without dispute.

After removal, a link to your official site or allergen-information page, and a factual note on whether allergen information is published and how to check it, may remain. If you would like these removed as well, please say so in your request.

4. Our publishing policy

Allergen information on this site is based on each company's published material, shown with its source and reference date. Before viewing, visitors must acknowledge that the content is not guaranteed, is not medical advice, and must be confirmed against the venue's official information before eating.

Wrong information reaching someone with a food allergy defeats the purpose of this site. We treat corrections and requests from operating companies as cooperation toward accurate information, and act on them in good faith.
