How to check with this restaurant
Allergen information appears only on the product pages of the "hot snack" range — the fried items, frankfurters and similar things sold at the counter. Below the nutrition figures those pages carry a line beginning 「アレルギー情報：」 (allergen information), which lists the item names, as in 「アレルギー情報：小麦・卵・乳成分・鶏肉・大豆」 (wheat, egg, milk ingredients, chicken, soy). Where no item is named at all, the line reads 「アレルギー情報：なし」 — 「なし」 meaning none. The product pages for every other food category (onigiri, sushi, bento, bread, sandwiches, pasta, noodles, soup, deli dishes, salads, sweets, baked goods, snacks, drinks, alcohol and counter coffee) carry nothing about allergies. To reach a hot snack product page, go to the product information section of the official site, choose the hot snack category there, and open one of the products listed in it. Note that the pages never state which allergens this line was checked against. Neither the absence of an allergen from that line, nor a line that reads 「なし」, is confirmation that the product does not contain that allergen, so ask in the shop about any allergen that matters to you. The material nowhere says why only the hot snack range carries allergen information. The product pages also note that specifications can differ by region and that some shops do not stock a given item.

The allergen line is not a field of its own: it sits inside the same block of running text as the product description and the nutrition figures, separated from them only by a line break.
