Zetteria publishes allergen information for its full menu (28 items: the 8 mandatory allergens plus 20 recommended items) in a table (PDF) on its official site. A triangle mark in the table means products containing that allergen are made on the same production line at the same factory, so contamination is possible there. Separately from the table, fried items are cooked in shared oil, and some products contain ingredients such as refined soybean oil that are not legally required to be labeled. Zetteria stopped using the Lotteria brand at the end of March 2026 and switched all stores to the Zetteria brand from April 2026 onward (the operating company was renamed Burger One Co., Ltd.).
