Some allergens cannot be checked here
This document covers only 27 of Japan's 29 listed items. The other 2 — including Macadamia Nuts, Pistachio — cannot be checked here.
If you avoid any of these, please check with the restaurant directly before visiting.
In addition, the published material cannot answer for Celery, Lupin, Mustard, Sulphur Dioxide and Sulphites — items that EU, International (Codex) require.
This page carries food-allergen labeling information. Gluten-free claims and religious dietary exclusions are decided by different criteria.
Differences between stores
We have not yet established whether things differ between stores. That is not a statement that they do not.

The legend is printed at the top of the PDF: "● = contains the allergen, 〇 = contained as part of a raw material." Both marks mean the item actually contains that allergen; ● is used when it is a primary raw material and 〇 when it is present via a component ingredient (this distinguishes direct vs. indirect presence, not likelihood of cross-contact). The 28 column headers are: shrimp, crab, wheat, buckwheat, egg, milk, peanut, almond, abalone, squid, salmon roe, orange, cashew nut, kiwi fruit, beef, walnut, sesame, salmon, mackerel, soybean, chicken, banana, pork, matsutake mushroom, peach, yam, apple, gelatin. Pistachio, added by the April 2026 legal revision, is not listed, and macadamia nut (the current recommended item) is replaced by matsutake mushroom (an older recommended item) — so this does not match the current 29-item edition. The PDF does not state what an unmarked cell means (does not contain, or not evaluated).

Allergy notes
The official site publishes a PDF allergen chart covering about 100 items (drinks, toppings, etc.), distinguishing whether an allergen is used directly as a raw material or is present as a component of another ingredient. Pistachio, added by the April 2026 legal revision, and the current item macadamia nut are not listed; instead the chart lists matsutake mushroom, an allergen from an older recommended list.
