Document size

A 10-image table set on an HTML page. Five dish-category groupings (beef; pork/chicken; grilled vegetables/salads/single items; raw items/rice dishes and soup; other sauces/desserts/ice cream) each get one image with the standard 7-item table and one image with the extended 14-item table.

Notes for reading

For each dish category there are two paired tables: one covering egg, dairy, wheat, buckwheat, peanut (including tree nuts), shrimp and crab, and another covering squid, krill, soy, apple, mackerel, sesame, alcohol, beef, pork, chicken, gelatin, honey, garlic and matsutake/shiitake mushroom -- of which krill, alcohol, honey and garlic fall outside this site's standard 29-item list. The "peanut (including tree nuts)" column lumps peanut and tree nuts into one column; only one cell (Choregi Salad) names a specific nut (almond). A few dessert rows (chocolate, salted caramel) show "same production line as almond" as text in that column instead of a filled mark -- a shared-line caution, not a declared-use mark. The table only marks ingredients used directly; cross-contact from shared equipment is not otherwise shown. The mackerel column is present but unmarked on every item, and there is no column for peach at all; the page does not state either of these in an explicit notice.

Allergy notes

The factories and stores use equipment and utensils shared with other products, so allergens not used as ingredients may be present in trace amounts through cross-contact. Sensitivity to allergens varies by person; anyone with a serious condition should consult a doctor and make their own decision.
