If you avoid any of these, please check with the restaurant directly before visiting.
In addition, the published material cannot answer for Celery, Fish, Lupin, Molluscs, Mustard, Sesame Seeds, Soybeans, Sulphur Dioxide and Sulphites — items that EU, United States, International (Codex) require.

A 13-page bilingual (Japanese/English) PDF. Pages 2-10 are food allergy charts for the monthly menu, grand menu and lunch menu; pages 11-13 list the pure alcohol content of beers and spirits and are unrelated to allergens.

- Notes for reading
The chart only covers the 8 legally mandatory allergens (egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, shrimp, crab, walnut); there is no column for cashew nut, which became mandatory in Japan from April 2026. Every page notes "raw material contamination is not shown in this page", so cross-contact from shared equipment is not covered. The tables are split into several sections (grand menu as of 2026-03-18, lunch menu, and the August/July monthly specials), each confirmed on a different date.

表が対象とするのは特定原材料8品目(卵・乳・小麦・そば・落花生・えび・かに・くるみ)のみで、2026年4月に義務対象へ追加されたカシューナッツの列は無い。各ページの下に「このページは、原材料コンタミを表記しておりません」との注記があり、共通の設備・調理器具による微量混入は対象外。表はグランドメニュー(2026年3月18日現在)・ランチメニュー・月替わりメニュー(2026年8月/7月分)など複数の区分に分かれ、区分ごとに確認日が異なる。
