This document lists, for each item, the names of the allergens it contains; it is not a chart with a column per allergen. It also never states which range of allergens was checked, so for an allergen whose name does not appear on an item, the document says nothing at all. Each page has an "allergy" field listing the names of the allergens used in that item.
