Find the product by name and open the product page linked in the same row: it carries the full ingredient statement and the note about other allergens being handled on the same equipment. Products missing from the list carry the same information on their product pages.

- Notes for reading
The allergen column names the allergens that product contains. It is not a check table with a column per allergen, and it does not state how far the checking went, so an allergen whose name does not appear cannot be taken to mean the product is free of it. What is in fact named is limited to the allergens Japanese law requires to be labelled: allergens outside that requirement do not appear even when the product contains them (products whose ingredient statement lists soy, gelatin or yam do not show those here). Some products carry the entry 「なし」 (none), which refers to the allergens used as ingredients. On the product page of a product carrying that entry, there was a note that products using egg, milk, wheat and walnut are made on the same equipment, together with an allergen outside the labelling requirement (orange). 「なし」 does not rule out that contamination, nor allergens outside the requirement. In addition, some of the products sold in the online shop are not in this list at all, and their allergens can only be checked on the individual product page. The list is written about the mail-order products, and it does not state whether it covers everything sold in the shops.

Okashi no Kikuya publishes a product-by-product allergen list in the shopping guide of its online shop. It names only the allergens Japanese law requires to be labelled; items outside that requirement — soy, gelatin and yam among them — do not appear in the list even when the product contains them. Some of the products sold in the online shop are not included in that list, and for those the individual product page still carries the full ingredient statement together with a note that products using walnut or peanut are made on the same equipment. Both the list and the product pages are written about the mail-order products, and neither states whether they cover everything sold in the shops.
