Some allergens cannot be checked here
This document covers only 8 of Japan's 29 listed items. The other 21 — including Cashew Nuts, Almond, Abalone — cannot be checked here.
If you avoid any of these, please check with the restaurant directly before visiting.
In addition, the published material cannot answer for Celery, Fish, Lupin, Molluscs, Mustard, Sesame Seeds, Soybeans, Sulphur Dioxide and Sulphites — items that EU, United States, International (Codex) require.

The allergy PDF is linked directly from the "Allergy List" banner on the official site, and the file itself changes fairly often as time-limited items (marked, for example, "available M/D-M/D only") are added and removed. We recommend opening the link again each time you visit to see the current line-up.

- Notes for reading
At the left edge of the table there is a column headed 無 (none). The document does not explain anywhere what this column means, so this site does not treat a dish marked in the 無 column as a stated claim that none of the eight listed items are used — it is only a pattern we noticed in the data, not something the document says. The table's top row lists eight columns — egg, milk, buckwheat, wheat, peanut, shrimp, crab and walnut — and a dish that uses that ingredient is marked with a ● dot. The document does not define anywhere what ● means, and it does not explain what a blank cell means either, so we do not treat a blank cell as a confirmed "does not contain" reading. If an allergen matters to you, please ask at the store even for items with no mark. Cashew nut, added to Japan's mandatory labelling list in the April 2026 revision, is not one of the eight items this table covers.

- Legibility notes
The PDF is an Excel table export. The table itself is clearly legible to the eye. Depending on the text-extraction tool used, the characters may not always be extractable directly.

Allergy notes
The official website publishes a chart (PDF) that shows, dish by dish, whether each of eight items — egg, milk, buckwheat, wheat, peanut, shrimp, crab and walnut — is used. Cashew nut, which became a mandatory labelling item in Japan's April 2026 revision, is not covered by this chart. A dish with no mark is not guaranteed to be free of trace contamination from shared cooking equipment. For details on ingredients, or on allergens outside these eight items, please ask at the store.
