There is no statement of which items the list is meant to cover (for example, the 28 legally designated and recommended items), so an item's absence from a product's list cannot be read as "does not contain" that item. This listing is Ryoyu Pan's overall product catalog rather than a listing organized by shop brand, so it is not possible to tell from this material alone whether every item baked fresh in Bread House shops is included in it.
