How to check with this restaurant
Allergens are given per product on the product pages of the official site. Directly below the nutrition table there is a field headed "allergy specified ingredients", listing the names of the items the product contains. The route to it from the top page is not obvious, so searching the site for "アレル" brings up the product pages that carry the field. Many product pages, however, do not carry it. The pages for catered and boxed-set meals state that they list the items they use out of those the law requires to be declared, but they are inconsistent about how many that is: some say seven items and some say eight. The other pages say nothing about how many items were checked. If an item is not named, you cannot take that to mean it is absent. If a particular item matters to you, check with the shop where you buy.

The "allergy specified ingredients" field names the items that product contains, and says "none" when there are none. What a parenthesis means differs from page to page. A very few pages add the note that what is inside the parentheses are the recommended items, and on those pages the mandatory items and the parenthesised group are written separately. On the pages without that note, the mandatory items and the recommended items run together with nothing to tell them apart, and a parenthesis instead holds the kanji spelling of the same item — for example さば followed by 鯖 (mackerel), or さけ followed by 鮭 (salmon). Except on the pages for catered and boxed-set meals, nothing states how many items were checked. Those pages do say the list is limited to the items the law requires to be declared, but they are inconsistent about the number: some say seven items and some say eight. An item that is not named cannot be read as absent. If a particular item matters to you, check with the shop where you buy.
