How to check with this restaurant
No per-dish allergen list is published for the restaurants. For shrimp, crab, wheat, buckwheat, egg, milk, peanut and walnut, the restaurants say they change part of the menu. For other allergies, they say they will serve after hearing your request and discussing how to respond, and they ask you to raise it when you book. Every product page in the online store carries a "specified raw materials, etc." line, but for some products it still says the information is expected to be posted around mid-October instead of naming allergens, and nothing has been posted yet. The product pages say the listing can change when a product's contents change, and ask you to enquire for details.
