Okayama Kimuraya publishes per-product allergen information on the web as well. What is published is the kind of declaration that goes on a bagged product on a shelf, rather than the kind a restaurant gives for something prepared to order, so this site does not treat it as a menu disclosure. There are two places, and they cover different ground. On the site of the group company OKF, each product page lists by name the allergens the product contains, and that site states that it shows those that apply out of the 8 items whose labelling is mandatory and the 20 further items whose labelling is recommended. Those two lists come to 28 items between them. On the Kimuraya no Pan site, each product page carries a table of eight items — milk, eggs, wheat, shrimp, crab, buckwheat, peanuts and walnut — in which a mark appears when the item is present. Counting on 28 August 2026, we found 81 product pages listed as Kimuraya no Pan on the OKF site and 147 product pages carrying the allergen table on the Kimuraya no Pan site. The first figure comes from opening all six of the listings that the OKF site groups under Kimuraya no Pan, and leaves out the products it handles under its other brands. The second comes from following the pages in the sitemap that site publishes; a very small number of pages did not load, so it could be out by a few. Each of the 81 has a counterpart among the 147, and 66 products appear on the Kimuraya no Pan site only. Thirty-three of those 66 are everything under its 「ベーカリー」 (bakery) heading, and the doughnuts, the made-to-order sandwiches and the cream desserts sold in cups are on that site only as well. The same holds for sesame seeds, apple, pork, chicken, beef, gelatin, orange and almond: none of them has a row either. Almond takes a particularly misleading form. Three products, 「アーモンドクッキー」 (almond cookie) among them, are listed as containing almond on the OKF site. The only tree nut in the eight-item table is walnut. An unmarked walnut cell says nothing about any other tree nut, and it is not an answer about walnut either, because the table never explains what an absent mark means. Some products in that table carry no mark at all — five of them, by our count. Whether the absence of a mark means the item is absent, or that it has simply not been filled in, cannot be determined from the table. The wording on the OKF site follows the basis that applied before Japan moved to 29 items in April 2026, and pistachio is in neither of the two lists that wording names. Each product page has a field headed 「アレルギー表示」 (allergen labelling) that lists only the names of the items that apply to that product. OKF states that this field shows those that apply out of the 8 items whose labelling is mandatory and the 20 further items whose labelling is recommended. Those two lists come to 28 items between them; cashew nuts are among them, and pistachio, which was added in April 2026 to the list whose labelling is recommended, is not. Only the names of the items that apply are listed, and OKF does not itself say that the absence of an item from the list means it is not used.
