- How menus are ordered
- Listed in page order, without categories
- Notes for reading
Each row is one menu item, and each column is one of the 28 allergen items (8 mandatory + 20 recommended). Every Kushidori menu item appears in some row of this table, and there are no blank cells — every cell carries one of the four symbols. The motsunabe and chicken hot pot courses are listed separately by store group (Kushidori Hokkaido, Kushidori Eastern Japan, Kushidori Honmachi, Bangaichi, and so on), with different names and lineups, so check the rows for the store group you use. The 20 recommended-item columns have no macadamia nut column, which this site's standard 29-item classification includes, and have a matsutake mushroom column instead. If you are allergic to macadamia nut, this table cannot tell you, so please ask the store directly. We did not find alcoholic drinks or soft drinks listed in this table. Please check with store staff about allergens in drinks.

Allergy notes
At Kushidori, the official site's allergy-substance table (PDF), common to all stores, lets you check each menu item's status for the eight mandatory allergens and the twenty recommended allergens under Japan's labeling system — 28 items in total. Each item is marked with one of four symbols: used as a raw ingredient, used as an ingredient of the frying oil, may unintentionally end up in the dish at the factory or in the store, or not used.
