For an item that does not appear in the results, the screen gives no reason: whether it uses the allergen or is missing for some other reason cannot be determined from the results, so check it in the PDF table. The results also include non-food goods such as spoons and take-out bags. The official site publishes allergen information (27 designated/recommended allergens) for each menu item via a PDF table and a search page. Cross-contact may occur during factory production or in-store preparation. Fancy sauce (tomato or mustard) served with side menu items, and salad dressing, are not covered by this table (only when an item comes with tartar sauce are that sauce's allergens included in the item's figures). The Japanese-style and Italian tomato dressings appear as their own separate entries in the table. Pizza-La Express and Pizza-La Style locations offer different products and use different preparation methods, so their allergen information differs.
