Rather than a table, allergens are listed by name within each product's description text under an 'Allergen Items' line. The page is a single unheaded sequence, with the okowa assortment products first and the bento after them. The bento products carry a note stating that the allergen listing and calorie count do not include the okowa, so the listing covers only the side-dish portion and not the rice packed in the same box. The allergens for the okowa portion appear on the separate product pages that present okowa as individual items. For two products -- the assortments, Five-Color Okowa and Suehiro Inari -- the allergen field itself reads 'varies with the types of okowa' and names no items at all. Each product's description on the official site's product pages includes an 'Allergen Items' section listing the food allergens contained in that product's ingredients. Rather than a single checklist covering every allergen category, it lists only the items actually present in that specific product, and it names both the mandatory-labeling allergens and recommended-labeling items such as salmon, mackerel, soybean, chicken, pork, yam, apple and gelatin, given individually per product. For some bento (boxed lunch) items, the listed allergens cover only the side-dish portion and do not include the rice (okowa) component packed in the same box. For assortment products that combine several types of okowa, such as the Five-Color Okowa or Suehiro Inari, the allergen field reads 'varies with the types of okowa' and names no items at all. The absence of any listed item does not mean that no allergens are present.
