It is not a table with a column per item, and the page nowhere states how many items were checked. So if an item is not named in a given product's field, read this document as saying nothing about it — it does not mean the item was confirmed absent. The names that actually appear are not limited to the items labelling law requires, and include soybean, sesame, apple, gelatin, chicken, pork, beef, and salmon. Every product also carries a note to the effect that it is made in the same kitchen as products using the eight allergens the document calls specified raw materials (wheat, milk, egg, buckwheat, peanut, shrimp, crab, walnut), and that applies regardless of what an individual product's allergen field says.
