How to check with this restaurant
The operating company, Fujipan Store, publishes allergens and nutrition per product in its product catalogue. Products are listed on a page per category (sliced bread, sweet buns, savoury buns and so on), and each product has an "allergen" field naming the items it contains, such as "wheat, egg, milk, soy". Names beyond Japan's mandatory-labelling allergens also appear, such as sesame, apple, gelatine and beef. However, the catalogue does not say how many allergens it was checked against, so an item that is not named cannot be read as "not contained". Only the products in the catalogue are covered, and some branches do not carry all of them. For anything you are unsure about, please ask the shop staff directly when you visit.

The field simply names the items that product contains, such as "wheat, egg, milk, soy" — there is no per-item column, no matrix table and no symbol legend. The names are not limited to Japan's mandatory-labelling allergens: sesame, apple, gelatine, beef, pork, chicken, almond and cashew also appear. However, nowhere does the catalogue say how many allergens it was checked against, so an allergen not named there cannot be read as absent from that product. Separately from the per-product field, every product carries the same note that products containing the eight specified allergens (wheat, milk, egg, buckwheat, peanut, shrimp, crab, walnut) are made in the same kitchen. That note holds regardless of what is named in a given product's own allergen field. Every product also carries the note that some branches do not carry it. Note that the site's "ingredients list" (成分一覧) page holds only nutrition figures such as calories and protein, and no allergen information.
