The list covers only the 8 mandatory Japanese allergens (egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, crab, shrimp and walnut) — a ○ in the table means that allergen is present, a "-" mark means it is not, and neither the 20 recommended items nor cashew nut have a column here. The "remarks" column next to each dish notes which specific ingredient in that dish carries the marked allergen; allergens from base ingredients shared across many dishes (udon noodles, soba noodles, the noodle broth, etc.) are listed once in a note below the table instead of being repeated per dish. Portion sizes (half to 1.5 servings) and regular/large sizes appear as separate rows for the same dish, but the allergens present do not change with size.

Allergy notes
You can check the official website for whether each of the 8 mandatory Japanese allergens (egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, crab, shrimp and walnut) is used across the chain's full menu — udon, soba, ramen, rice bowls, set meals, the kids' menu and takeout. All noodles are boiled in the same pot and all fried items are cooked in the same oil, so these ingredients may unintentionally mix in. Sensitivity to allergens varies by person, so if you are concerned, please consult your regular doctor and order based on your own judgment.
