There are 5 symbols, and containment as an ingredient of the curry sauces (Pork Sauce and Mild Pork Sauce) is shown with its own symbol for each. Where two symbols appear in one cell, both apply. The allergen information covers the 8 specified ingredients whose labelling is required by the Food Labelling Act and the 20 ingredients equivalent to specified ingredients whose labelling is recommended, based on a survey of the raw materials used in the menu (as of August 28, 2026). All deep-fried items are fried in the oil of the same fryer (an edible vegetable oil blended from rapeseed oil, soybean oil and/or palm oil), so trace amounts of allergens not listed may be mixed in.
