Some allergens cannot be checked here
This document covers only 26 of Japan's 29 listed items. The other 3 — including Almond, Macadamia Nuts, Pistachio — cannot be checked here.
If you avoid any of these, please check with the restaurant directly before visiting.
In addition, the published material cannot answer for Celery, Lupin, Mustard, Sulphur Dioxide and Sulphites — items that EU, International (Codex) require.
This page carries food-allergen labeling information. Gluten-free claims and religious dietary exclusions are decided by different criteria.
Differences between stores
The published material says nothing about differences between stores. Saying nothing is not saying there are none.

The list covers 27 items — the 8 mandatory allergens plus the 19 recommended items — and does not include almond, which the Consumer Affairs Agency added to the recommended list in September 2019 (macadamia and pistachio are likewise not covered). Each dish simply lists the names of the allergens it contains as plain text — there is no separate symbol distinguishing direct use from cross-contact. The chain states that allergens not listed as an ingredient may still be introduced in trace amounts during cooking or plating, so an item with no allergens listed is not a guarantee.

Allergy notes
The official site publishes a filterable list: visitors choose the allergens they want excluded and see only the menu items without them. It covers 27 items — the 8 mandatory allergens plus the 19 recommended items — but does not cover almond, which the Consumer Affairs Agency added to the recommended list in September 2019. Even items not listed as an ingredient may pick up trace amounts of an allergen during cooking or plating.
