The chain publishes, for each in-restaurant menu item, whether it contains each of the 9 specified raw materials (mandatory allergens), cashew nuts included. Trace amounts that unintentionally get into a dish during processing or plating at the factory or in the store are not reflected. Cooking utensils, tableware, frying oil, breading (panko and tempura batter) and ingredient storage are shared; noodle dishes (soba included) are cooked with the same utensils and in the same pot, and all hamburger steaks are made in one place on shared equipment. Some seafood is caught by fishing methods in which shrimp or crab may be mixed in, and bivalves may have shrimp or crab living with them.
